Crew Carwash Receives Youth Employer of the Year Award!
INDIANAPOLIS (April 12, 2019) – Crew Carwash, an Indiana based family business, is excited to be awarded the 2019 Youth Employer of the Year by Indianapolis Mayor Joe Hogsett.
Crew Carwash was recognized as the Youth Employer of the Year during the 2019 Mayor’s Celebration of Diversity Awards held on April 11th at the downtown Indianapolis Marriott. The award highlighted Crew’s involvement with the Mayor’s Project Indy initiative, which gives thousands of local young people job experience and useful skills, which translates to entry level team members for Crew.

Crew members also have the opportunity to work their way to management positions through the Crew Carwash Leadership Development Program or its Fast Track Management Program, which takes about 10 months to complete. In addition, Crew offers a Tuition Assistance program for college, which provides up to $3,500 per year paid directly to the student, as well as a Student Loan Payback program. Crew Carwash currently provides close to $100,000 annually in tuition assistance to 100+ team members.
