Bridges Alliance of Johnson County fosters community collaboration to end poverty by providing proven tools that promote stability and independence. Through the Circles program, individuals building financial stability (Circle Leaders) are paired with trained volunteers (Allies) for mentorship and support. Over 18–36 months, participants develop life skills, financial literacy, and career goals, creating lasting change for families and the community.
