Ora & Shirley Callahan started recognizing high achievers in 4-H in 1963. This is the 60th anniversary of sponsoring these annual awards to six Hancock County (IN) 4-H members who excel in Achievement, Citizenship, and Leadership.

The Callahan family would like to continue the legacy and grow funds through an endowment at the Community Foundation of Hancock County in order to give six scholarships each year in addition to the 4-H awards.
